Daniel M. Cahill, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to co-founding Constitution Capital, Mr. Cahill was Head of Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, he was a founding member of Wilton Asset Management, a private equity fund of funds business at State Street Global Advisors. Mr. Cahill started his private equity career at GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group where he became Vice President and was responsible for originating, structuring and negotiating leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity transactions. Mr. Cahill earned his BS in Business Administration from Oswego University, received his MBA from Binghamton University and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.

Robert M. Hatch, Managing Partner

Mr. Hatch was one of the founding partners of Constitution Capital. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Hatch was an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, Mr. Hatch worked at Argo Global Capital, a private equity firm with $475 million under management. Mr. Hatch began his career in the investment banking group of State Street Corporation. Mr. Hatch earned his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, cum laude. Mr. Hatch is a CFA charterholder.

Vicente Miguel T. Ramos, Managing Partner

Mr. Ramos was one of the founding partners of Constitution Capital. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, he was an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, Mr. Ramos worked at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Ramos began his career in the investment banking group at State Street Corporation where he focused on private placements and M&A transactions. Mr. Ramos earned his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College where he completed a double major in Economics and Engineering Sciences. Mr. Ramos is a CFA charterholder.

Peter G. Melanson, Partner

Mr. Melanson is responsible for sales and marketing to institutional investors, consultants and multi-family offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in March 2008, he was a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors where he was responsible for introducing investment solutions to the public fund marketplace. Prior to this, Mr. Melanson also worked in the firm’s Relationship Management Group. Mr. Melanson earned his BA with a double major in International Relations and History from Clark University.

William S. Richardson, Partner

Mr. Richardson was one of the founding partners of Constitution Capital. Prior to Constitution Capital, he was an Investment Director at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, he was the Director of Operations & Compliance for Wells Fargo in Boston. Mr. Richardson began his private equity career at GE Capital where he held a number of positions in the Corporate Finance Group. He has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, cum laude and an MBA from New York University. Mr. Richardson is a CFA charterholder and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.

Alexander R. Tatum, Partner

Mr. Tatum was one of the founding members of Constitution Capital. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Tatum was an Investment Manager at Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, he was a financial analyst with Goldman Sachs. Mr. Tatum began his career with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as a financial analyst in their investment banking division. Mr. Tatum earned his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College where he completed a major in Economics.

Daniel H. Clare, Partner and Head of Credit

Mr. Clare heads the Constitution Capital Credit Partners team. From 2010 to 2016, he was a Managing Director at Ascribe Capital, formerly known as American Securities Opportunities Fund. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director at Diamond Castle Partners, which he joined alongside other investment professionals from DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. He held prior roles as a management consultant at Bain & Company and in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Clare earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his undergraduate degree from Haverford College.

Timothy J. Asselin, Managing Director

Mr. Asselin is responsible for sales and marketing to institutional investors, consultants, and multi-family offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in February 2018, he worked at Meketa Investment Group, where he was responsible for overseeing private equity fund-of-fund research, along with supporting general consulting clients as an Investment Analyst. Prior to this, Mr. Asselin held roles at both AFC Pensions and State Street Corporation. Mr. Asselin earned his undergraduate degree with a major in business from Assumption College.

Julia Auger, Fund Accountant

Ms. Auger is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in September 2024, she worked at LCW CPAs as an Accounting Associate. Ms. Auger earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Merrimack College.

Deven Bhandari, Senior Fund Controller

Mr. Bhandari joined Constitution Capital Partners in September 2022. From May 2014 to 2022, he held the positions of Senior Fund Accountant and Fund Accounting Manager at Riverstone Holdings, LLC, in New York City. Mr. Bhandari began his professional career as a partnership accountant at SS&C Technology Fund Services. Mr. Bhandari earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University with a major in Accounting.

Patrick Bless, Senior Vice President

Mr. Bless is responsible for the marketing and sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and wealth advisors in the Southeast. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Bless spent 7 years at First Trust as a Senior Vice President – Institutional, where he advised financial advisors on investment strategies, portfolio construction, capital markets, and practice management. Prior to his role at First Trust, Mr. Bless held a Senior position at ProShares. Mr. Bless graduated with B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Florida Atlantic University and holds FINRA Series 7, 65 licenses.

Fraser J. Booth, Managing Director

Mr. Booth is responsible for sales and marketing to institutional investors, consultants and multi-family offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Booth was a Partner of DCCP where he was a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining DCCP, Mr. Booth was Co-Head of Private Equity & Credit at the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) Investment Management in the UK, one of the largest pension schemes in the country. Before joining USS, Mr. Booth was a Portfolio Manager at Railpen Investments. Mr. Booth began his career at Buck Consultants as an Investment Analyst. He received a bachelor degree in Business Analysis from the University of the West of England.

Matthew D. Bourdeau, Vice President

Mr. Bourdeau is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in April 2018, Mr. Bourdeau was an Associate in PwC’s deal advisory practice where he advised clients on M&A transactions and strategic value consulting engagements across the life sciences, technology, business services and insurance industries. Mr. Bourdeau earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University where he completed a major in Economics and Finance and graduated magna cum laude.

Gabrielle Canto, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Canto joined Constitution Capital in November 2023 and provides administrative support to the team. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of New Hampshire with a major in Communication Arts: Advertising and Public Relations, and minor in Business. 

Amanda Carey, Senior Accountant

Ms. Carey is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for the management companies. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in June 2023, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing assurance services in the Private Companies Sector. Ms. Carey earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Concentrations in Accounting and Corporate Finance & Investments from Merrimack College.

Matthew P. Carlman, Vice President

Mr. Carlman is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in May 2019, Mr. Carlman was a Valuation Associate at Duff & Phelps, LLC where he was responsible for valuation engagements across the industrial, consumer goods, financial services and business services industries. Mr. Carlman earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University where he completed a major in Economics and Finance and graduated magna cum laude.

Maxwell Cataldo, Analyst

Mr. Cataldo is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in July 2024 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the summer of 2023. Mr. Cataldo earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University with majors in Finance and Quantitative Perspectives.

Brendan Churns, Senior Fund Accountant

Mr. Churns is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in August 2022, he was an Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young LLP.  Mr. Churns earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut with a major in Accounting.

Mark Collins, Senior Vice President

Mr. Collins is responsible for marketing and the sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and financial advisors. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners, Mr. Collins spent 20 years in the industry working in various positions with Dynasty Financial Partners, Wells Fargo Advisors, One American Securities and Nationwide Financial.  He spent over 15 years where he advised financial advisors on business development, capital market strategy, manager search and selection and portfolio construction.  Mr. Collins is a graduate from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S in Managerial Economics and a B.A in Internation Relations & Political Economy.  He also graduated with an MBA from Saint Louis University’s Chaifetz School of Business.  He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 & 65 licenses, and a micro-credential at UniFi by CAIA in Private Credit.

Peter Cusanello, Senior Associate Fund Valuation

Mr. Cusanello is responsible for managing the valuation process for the Constitution Capital Access Fund.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in November 2022, he was a Business Tax Services Senior Associate in the Real Estate Group at KPMG.  Mr. Cusanello earned his Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Denver. Mr. Cusanello is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stanley R. Czyz, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Czyz oversees all aspects of the firm’s finance, reporting, and operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in November 2013, he was a Senior Associate at PwC where he was responsible for federal and state tax planning and compliance for private equity clients including Constitution Capital Partners. Mr. Czyz earned his M.S. in Taxation and B.S. in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University. Mr. Czyz is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Ryan Dawley, Senior Vice President

Mr. Dawley is responsible for the marketing and sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and wealth advisors on the West Coast. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Dawley was a Director at Matthews Asia, an Emerging Market equity specialist, and spent time at a start-up private equity firm based in New York. Mr. Dawley spent a majority of his career at GMO, working with some of the largest institutions, RIA’s, and family offices on the West Coast. Mr. Dawley is a graduate of Sacred Heart University with a B.A. in Business Administration and earned his Masters in Business and Masters in Finance from Northeastern University.

Alex Dominguez, Vice President

Mr. Dominguez is responsible for marketing and the sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and wealth advisors in the South-Central. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners, Mr. Dominguez spent 9 years in the industry working in various positions with the Legg Mason, Blackstone Group, Bridgewater Associates and The Carlyle Group. Mr. Dominguez is a graduate from Iona University in New York with a B.S in Finance and a B.A in International Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 & 79 licenses.

Eric J. Donovan, Vice President

Mr. Donovan is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in April 2021, Mr. Donovan was an Investment Banking Associate at Citizens Financial Group, where he was responsible for underwriting and executing leveraged finance transactions supporting LBOs, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Mr. Donovan earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University where he completed a major in Finance, magna cum laude.

Alexander C. Dziadosz, Senior Associate

Mr. Dziadosz is responsible for screening, evaluation, negotiation and monitoring of credit investments at Constitution Capital Credit Partners. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in 2020 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the prior two summers. Mr. Dziadosz earned his undergraduate degree from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University with a major in Accounting, a minor in Economics and graduated with University Honors.

Matthew Eichten, Senior Analyst

Mr. Eichten is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in July 2022 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the summer of 2021. Mr. Eichten earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Finance.

Ashton Fagan, Senior Associate

Ms. Fagan is responsible for the marketing and sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs and Multi Family Offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Ms. Fagan spent 4 years at BlackRock in investment product management. Previously, Ms. Fagan was a capital markets analyst at Berenberg Capital. Ms. Fagan graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and Pre-medical Studies. She holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 & 65 licenses.

Christopher S. Faucher, Principal

Mr. Faucher is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in November 2015, Mr. Faucher was a Management Consultant at RSM US (formerly McGladrey). At RSM US, he worked on strategy and operations projects across the life sciences, industrial services, technology, and higher education sectors for middle market companies. Mr. Faucher earned his undergraduate degree from Elon University with a major in Finance and graduated cum laude. Mr. Faucher is a CFA charterholder.

Dan Fellows, Senior Vice President

Mr. Fellows is responsible for sales and marketing of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and Wealth Advisors in the Midwest. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Fellows spent 22 years in the industry consulting with financial intermediaries in a sales and marketing role. Most recently he served as Sr. Vice President at Easterly Asset Management- a multi-affiliate boutique- consulting with Financial Advisors on alternatives, active equity, and active fixed income. Prior to Easterly Asset Management, Mr. Fellows was Senior Sales Executive at ALPS Portfolio Solutions, where he was responsible for the distribution of asset management solutions to all channels in the Midwest. Before joining ALPS, Mr. Fellows served as Senior Vice President- Midwest at Oak Ridge Investments, providing portfolio specialist support. Mr. Fellows holds a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University where he earned four varsity letters as a member of the NCAA Intercollegiate football program serving as team captain his senior season. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 licenses.

Brendan Finn, Managing Director

Mr. Finn is responsible for sales and marketing of the Firm’s registered funds, including the Constitution Capital Access Fund (CCAF) and growing the Firm’s overall relationships with the financial advisor and wealth management communities.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Finn was Head of Business Development at Altegris Investments where he focused on capital development across registered and private fund offerings for over 11 years.  Previously, Mr. Finn held various roles with the Bank of New York Mellon Asset Management in Strategic Business Development, Solomon Smith Barney in wealth management and started his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.  Mr. Finn is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.A. in History, is a Charter Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds FINRA Series 7, 3, 30, 63, 65.

Olivia Finocchio, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Finocchio joined Constitution Capital in July 2023 and provides administrative support to the team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Keene State College with a major in Communications and a focus in Philosophy.

Bill Fleming, IT Manager

Mr. Fleming is responsible for managing all aspects of the IT function. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in October 2022, he was the Director of Technology at Spagnolo Gisness & Associates, a full-service architecture, planning, and interior design firm. Mr. Fleming earned his undergraduate degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a major in Architectural Engineering Technology.

Joe Furey, Managing Director

Mr. Furey is responsible for sales and marketing to institutional investors, consultants and multi-family offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Furey was Director of Taft Hartley pension plans overseeing business development while also working with the Public funds team business development at Eaton Vance. Previously, Mr. Furey was vice president of business development at Eaton Vance Management focused on the institutional channel in the eastern U.S. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 2005, he held positions at Fox Asset Management, a subsidiary of Eaton Vance from 2003-2005. Mr. Furey graduated from Suffolk University with a B.A. in finance.

Jeffrey Garro, Fund Controller

Josh Gilbert , Senior Vice President

Mr. Gilbert is responsible for marketing and the sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and financial advisors. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Gilbert spent 4 years at Victory Capital Management. Prior to Victory Capital Management, Mr. Gilbert was the Director of Regional Sales at BMO Global Asset Management, where he was responsible for the distribution of BMO’s proprietary asset management solutions to RIAs, and advisors at select Broker-Dealer firms in the Northeast. Before joining BMO, Mr. Gilbert served as an investment relationship manager at Northern Trust. Mr. Gilbert holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Managerial Leadership from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. Mr. Gilbert also holds the CIMA® designation and is a CFP® certificant.

Casey Gillis, Analyst

Mr. Gillis is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in July 2023 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the summer of 2022. Mr. Gillis earned his undergraduate degree from Colby College with majors in Government and History.

Teddy Gorrie, Analyst

Mr. Gorrie is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in July 2024 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the summer of 2023. Mr. Gorrie earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Finance.

John J. Guinee, Senior Advisor

Prior to co-founding Constitution Capital, Mr. Guinee was an Investment Director for Standard Life Investments Private Equity USA. Previously, he was a Vice President of Business Development at State Street Corporation. Mr. Guinee started his private equity career at GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group, where he was a member of the Corporate Restructuring Group. Mr. Guinee earned his BS in Finance from Babson College, received his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.

Nicholas Gulli, Analyst

Mr. Gulli assists in the screening, evaluation, negotiation and monitoring of credit investments at Constitution Capital Credit Partners. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in 2023 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the prior two summers. Mr. Gulli earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a double major in Finance and Applied & Computational Math and Statistics and graduated cum laude.

Ryan Hallenbeck, Senior Analyst

Mr. Hallenbeck is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and
credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in April 2023, Mr. Hallenbeck was a Consultant at
Ernst & Young where he advised clients within the financial services group. Mr. Hallenbeck earned his
undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Finance. Mr. Hallenbeck earned a
One-Year MBA from the University of Notre Dame and graduated cum laude.

Steven A. Helbig, Senior Fund Accountant

Mr. Helbig is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital in December of 2021, he worked in Deloitte Tax’s Financial Service group focusing on Private Equity clients.   Mr. Helbig earned his M.S. in Taxation and B.S. in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from the University at Albany.

Isabella Hisky, Senior Associate

Ms. Hisky is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in September 2020, Ms. Hisky was a Portfolio Management Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where she was responsible for supporting the underwriting, analysis, and review of credit transactions. Ms. Hisky earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University where she completed a major in Finance and a minor in French.

Jennifer Holloran, Finance Administrator

Ms. Holloran is responsible for handling a variety of financial and administrative duties within the Finance department. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in February 2023, she held accounting, finance, and treasury roles in various industries. Most recently, Ms. Holloran was the Treasury Manager at CSL International, and Business Manager at Essex Service Company. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Science from Colby College.

Lauren Iglar, Associate

Ms. Iglar is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. She joined Constitution Capital in July 2021. Ms. Iglar earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College with a major in Economics and graduated cum laude.

YooMee Kim, Director of Finance

Ms. Kim is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for the management companies. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in July 2020, she was an Assistant Controller at Capital Crossing Servicing Company, managing the books and records for both the Corporate and a handful of portfolio entities. Previously, Ms. Kim worked at PwC’s Asset Management practice providing assurance services in the financial services sector. Ms. Kim earned her M.S.A and B.B.A in Accountancy from UMass Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Josiah S. Kwok , Principal

Mr. Kwok is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring credit investments at Constitution Capital Credit Partners. Mr. Kwok previously worked at Ascribe Capital, formerly known as American Securities Opportunities Fund, where he was a Vice President focused on opportunistic credit investments in middle market companies in North America. Prior to Ascribe Capital, he was with Macquarie Group as an Associate in the Principal Investing & Lending Group and Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in the Distressed & Special Situations Group. Mr. Kwok earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia.

Ying Liu, Fund Accountant

Ms. Liu is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in June 2023, she was a Fund Accountant II at Gen II Fund Services, LLC. Ms. Liu earned her M.S. in Global Business with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University and her B.S. in Accounting in China.

Kristen M. Manozzi, Operations Analyst

Ms. Manozzi is responsible for fund administration operations and supporting internal firm processes. She joined Constitution Capital in April 2020. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University with a major in Culinary Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Samantha R. Martin, Senior Associate

Ms. Martin is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital in July 2021, Ms. Martin was an Investment Analyst at Hartford Investment Management Company, where she was responsible for supporting the reporting, planning, and analysis of the portfolio.  Ms. Martin earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Connecticut with a major in Finance and minor in International Studies.

James McMillan, Staff Accountant

Mr. McMillan is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for the management companies. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in May 2023, he worked at BlueSnap Inc. where he supported accounting and finance operations. Mr. McMillan earned his B.S. in Business Administration with dual options in Finance and Marketing from the University of New Hampshire.

Jeff Minerva, Senior Fund Controller

Mr. Minerva is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting for the Constitution Capital Access Fund.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in October 2023, he spent three years as a Vice President of Private Equity Fund Finance at iCapital, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for 75 hedge and private equity feeder funds, while also contributing both as a voting member on the Pricing Committee of a ’40 Act fund and as a participating member of iCapital’s Valuation Committee.  Previously, Mr. Minerva spent nine years in the Global Alternative Investments division of Wells Fargo Investment Institute, Inc. (WFII) where he was responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, and valuations for WFII’s private funds and ’40 Act funds.  Mr. Minerva began his career with Deloitte, where he spent six years providing assurance services to clients in the financial services sector.  Mr. Minerva earned his B.S. in Accounting and Information Systems from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Brett W. Morrison, Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Morrison is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm’s compliance program. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in October 2023, he was a Compliance Director at John Hancock Investment Management. Previously, Mr. Morrison was AVP of Compliance and Operations at Frontier Capital Management. Mr. Morrison earned his undergraduate degree from Suffolk University where he completed a major in Marketing and graduated magna cum laude.

Erin Ospeck, Senior Analyst

Ms. Ospeck is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. She joined Constitution Capital in July 2022. Ms. Ospeck earned her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Business Administration and Finance, respectively.

Malachy O’Sullivan, Fund Accountant

Mr. O’Sullivan is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in July 2024, he was an Associate at Blue Owl Capital. Previously, he was an Assurance Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. O’Sullivan received his M.S.A from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and earned his undergraduate degree from the University at Albany, State University of New York with a dual major in Accounting and Financial Analysis (Honors).

Chris Peake, Fund Accountant

Mr. Peake is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in November 2023, he worked at PwC as a tax associate. Mr. Peake earned his Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Mr. Peake is a Certified Public Accountant.

Charles W. Prince, Associate

Mr. Prince is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital in July 2021. Mr. Prince earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Business Analytics.

Dave Pullman, Senior Vice President

Mr. Pullman is responsible for the marketing and sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs, Multi Family Offices, and wealth advisors in the West and Mid-West. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Pullman spent 11 years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments as a Regional Advisor Consultant, where he advised financial advisors on investment strategies, portfolio construction, capital markets, and practice management. Prior to his role at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Mr. Pullman held a position at BlackRock. Mr. Pullman graduated with B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Elon University and is a CFA charterholder.

Elizabeth Randall, Assistant Fund Controller

Ms. Randall is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in January 2022, she was a senior associate in the Asset & Wealth Management Tax Compliance group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Randall earned her M.S. in Taxation and her B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University. Ms. Randall is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric D. Robinson, Director of Fund Accounting

Mr. Robinson is responsible for financial reporting and fund administration.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in October 2022, he was a Senior Fund Controller at Dynamo Software where he provided customizable accounting and reporting services.  Previously, he was the Vice President of Finance at Thomas H. Lee Partners.  Mr. Robinson earned his M.S.A. and B.B.A. in Accounting from University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kelvin Romano, Senior Analyst

Mr. Romano is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital in July 2022. Mr. Romano earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College with a major in Computer Science and Economics, with a minor in Finance.

Amanda J. Rosenberger, Investor Relations Analyst

Ms. Rosenberger is responsible for supporting all aspects of Investor Relations for the firm’s institutional investors, consultants, and multi-family offices. She joined Constitution Capital in June 2021. Ms. Rosenberger earned her Bachelor’s degree from Bryant University with a major in Team and Project Management and minor in Psychology and Communications.

Tanja Saaty, Managing Director

Ms. Saaty heads business development and fundraising focused on institutional investors, consultants, and family offices in EMEA. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, she was MD, Head of Europe, at Marathon Capital’s private capital advisory, across primary, co-invest and secondary. Before that, she was Head of Fundraising & ESG at a PE & VC tech investment firm. Previously she established and ran the UK office for Capvis, a Swiss mid-market buyout fund manager with EUR3bn+ AuM. Ms. Saaty also served on the Executive Committee and Investment Committee of a FoF asset manager active in primary and secondaries, now part of StepStone Group, with EUR1.5Bn+ AuM. Prior to that, Ms. Saaty was responsible for sourcing, executing, portfolio management, and exiting of direct investment opportunities in mezzanine debt & equity at MML Capital. Before PE, Ms. Saaty worked at Citigroup in London & New York. Ms. Saaty speaks English, German, Portuguese, Italian, French, and Spanish and holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on finance, marketing, and strategy. She also holds a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Economics in Vienna, Austria. Most recently, she completed an Executive Programme on Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge, UK.

Christine Salaman, Accounting Manager

Mrs. Salaman is responsible for overseeing and performing a large part of the Accounting and Finance functions across the management companies. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in September 2024, Mrs. Salaman was a Senior Accountant at Natixis Investment Managers where she assisted with all aspects of the corporate accounting function including Budgeting & Forecasting and Financial Reporting. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration & Management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Suffolk University.

Steven E. Shekane, Managing Director, Credit

Mr. Shekane joined Constitution Capital Credit Partners in 2017. From 2008 to 2016, he was a founding member and senior investment professional with Morgan Stanley Credit Partners. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Credit Partners, Mr. Shekane was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Leveraged and Acquisition Finance group. Mr. Shekane previously worked at  Banc of America Securities, Paribas and The Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Mr. Shekane earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

John Stevens, Internal Wholesaler

Mr. Stevens is responsible for the marketing and sales of the Constitution Capital Partners Access Fund, a registered product, to wealth management clients in the US with a focus on RIAs and Multi Family Offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Stevens was an Associate on BlackRock’s U.S. Wealth Advisory team. Previously, Mr. Stevens was a DCIO Investment Specialist at Putnam Investments. He also was a Summer Analyst Intern at Constitution Capital in 2020. Mr. Stevens graduated from Providence College with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Finance. He holds FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 & 65 licenses.

Rachel Tammaro, Investor Relations Analyst

Ms. Tammaro is responsible for supporting all aspects of Investor Relations for the firm’s institutional investors, consultants, and multi-family offices. She joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in July 2023 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the summer of 2022. Ms. Tammaro earned her undergraduate degree from the Love School of Business at Elon University where she completed a major in Marketing, a minor in Leadership Studies, and graduated summa cum laude.

Christopher A. Volpe, Vice President

Mr. Volpe is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring private equity and credit investments. Prior to joining Constitution Capital in November 2019, Mr. Volpe was a Corporate Development Analyst at Iron Mountain Inc. where he was responsible for evaluating and executing tuck-in acquisitions and strategic divestitures. Previously, he was an Associate in PwC’s deal advisory practice where he advised clients on M&A transactions across the technology, consumer and energy industries. Mr. Volpe earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University where he completed a major in Finance and graduated summa cum laude.

Michael Wade, Analyst

Mr. Wade is responsible for screening, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and credit investments. He joined Constitution Capital on a full-time basis in July 2023 after having worked with Constitution Capital during the summer of 2022. Mr. Wade earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame with a major in Computer Science.

Kara Webberly, HR Director

Ms. Webberly is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources across the firm.  Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners, she was the Director of Human Resources at GW&K Investment Management where she was responsible for leading the HR team and developing strategic HR initiatives.  Ms. Webberly earned her B.A. in Psychology from Providence College.

Sam Wilder, Fund Accountant

Mr. Wilder is responsible for supporting the financial reporting and fund administration operations. Prior to joining Constitution Capital Partners in July 2023, he was a Senior Associate at Langham Hall, where he provided fund accounting and operations support for several middle market private equity clients. Mr. Wilder earned his M.S. in Professional Accountancy and B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Curtis W. Williams, Managing Director

Mr. Williams is responsible for sales and marketing to institutional investors, consultants and multi-family offices. Prior to joining Constitution Capital, Mr. Williams was a consultant with Gavion with over 18 years in the institutional consulting field. Prior to Gavion, Mr. Williams worked for the National Bank of Commerce and First Mercantile Trust Company in their respective employee benefits trust departments. Mr. Williams earned his MBA from Christian Brothers University and his undergraduate from the University of Memphis where he completed a major in finance.
