Partnership Investments

We make partnership investments in high quality, North American lower middle market buyout funds. We expect our partnership funds should be diversified across investment size, industry/sector focus, and vintage year. The types of buyout funds in which we expect to invest include, partnership investments with top decile, sector-specific buyout funds.

Co-Investments

We make co-investments in North American lower middle market companies. We will generally seek to invest alongside premier buyout funds in these transactions. We expect that our co-investment funds will be diversified across managers, sectors and vintage years. The sectors in which Constitution Capital expects to invest include, but are not limited to, the following: consumer discretionary, industrial, and healthcare.

Private Credit

We make opportunistic credit investments in North American middle market companies. These investments will stretch across the capital structure: senior loans, corporate bonds, mezzanine and equity. A flexible investment strategy will capitalize on everchanging credit market and industry dynamics.
