These investments will stretch across the capital structure, including unitranche, second lien and other secured loans, as well as mezzanine and related equity investments. Our flexible investment mandate and collaborative platform enables us to provide attractive solutions in changing credit market and industry environments.
The private credit business is led by Daniel H. Clare, Partner and Head of Credit. The team has invested in middle market credit across direct lending, club lending and secondary debt markets. The team benefits from, and works as part of, Constitution Capital’s broader platform.
