Position Summary
Constitution Capital Partners is seeking an established sales professional with strong relationships and relationship development skill in the RIA, Wealth Advisor and Family Office segments to join our team
- You will support and grow Constitution’s meaningful industry connections with financial professionals, advisors, and their clients.
- You possess a deep understanding of private market products, trends, solutions, and competitive landscape.
- You will perform as part of a sales team and will be responsible for the sales, development and day-to-day management of their geographic region.
Essential Job Functions:
- Sales Generation: Drive sales of the Constitution Capital Access Fund, a registered private equity fund, in your region with a secondary focus on the private funds, Ironsides VII and Ironsides Opportunities Fund II, taking ownership of performance and goals.
- Relationship Management: Solidify Constitution Capital’s existing relationships, bring new names and a robust professional network to the firm, and collaborate with Enterprise around regional events.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and leadership to devise and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including business plan creation, territory management, new product ideas, and technology optimization.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- FINRA Registrations: Current Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 registrations.
- Experience: minimum 5 years selling in-market with 10 years of industry experience

Internal Wholesaler

Position Summary
Constitution Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Internal Wholesaler. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our external sales team by driving sales and building strong relationships with advisors.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with external sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies within assigned territories.
- Conduct proactive outreach to advisors to promote our products and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and product education.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns raised by advisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes, including coordinating marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, webinars, and training sessions to educate advisors on our products and investment strategies.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Series 7 required
- Series 66 preferred, or must obtain within 60 days of employment (employer sponsored)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial products
