Constitution Capital’s private equity business makes partnership investments and direct equity investments in the North American lower middle market buyout sector. Our private equity team has significant experience in this sector, having committed $1.3 billion in 45 funds and $1.2 billion in 59 direct investments. We are active investors and seek to add value to our portfolio using our team’s experience, our private equity network, and our presence on LP advisory committees and company boards.

Partnership Investments:
Constitution Capital makes partnership investments in top performing lower middle market buyout funds in North America. These partnership investments are diversified by investment size, sector focus, and vintage year. We provide significant value-add post-investment, leveraging the team’s direct deal experience and strategic insights as longstanding participants in the lower middle market, and often sit on Advisory Boards.

Direct Equity Investments:
Constitution Capital invests capital in a select group of direct equity investments sourced from the firm’s extensive network of proprietary relationships. We leverage the team’s direct deal experience and serve as an actively engaged partner to the companies in which we invest, often holding a seat on their Boards. Direct equity investments enhance returns while minimizing fees charged to investors.
